The integrated Humidity Sensor responds to increases in humidity above a user set point and automatically turns the fan off when the humidity falls below the set point. The enclosed 120 CFM motor with built-in overload disconnect operates at a low noise level- just 0.7 Sones, is Title 24 compliant and meets ASHRAE 62.2, ENERGY STAR and LEED for Homes national standards for achieving acceptable indoor air quality in typical residences. Corrosion resistant galvanized steel fan housing unit with built-in backdraft damper prevents outdoor air from entering fan. ETL/cETL listed for use in tub/shower enclosure when used with GFCI branch circuit wiring.
